We have stayed here 6 or 7 times. The rooms are much nicer now that the are part of Wyndham Rewards. Clean, comfortable, and we'll appointed. The complimentary breakfast can be skipped. My wife ordered the pancake and bacon. Pancake was good and big. The "bacon" was turkey bacon, limp and greasy. Her sister ordered French toast and bacon. Again, limp, greasy, turkey bacon. She didn't eat a quarter of a piece. Not sure why. I ordered scrambled egg, sausage, and bisquit. Egg was fine, sausage was good and the bisquit was microwaved. We all ordered coffee. It came in paper cups. He brought 3 creamer and 3 little packs of sugar. When we asked for "a lot more" he brought two more of each. We suggested he fill the little basket on the table. He replied, "oh, I can't do that". I will stay there again, just won't eat breakfast.
Wife is complaining at the front desk as we speak. Closet doors were filthy! This maid has the everyday blues...my wife sat in the tub and lo and behold the side of the toilet is disgusting...see pics.
This a blue collar place to stay that is charging almost $100 a night for below average accommodations...I am by no means a nose in the air kinda guy (middle management) but I would gladly pay an extra $30 next time to stay in a well run place. Days Inn? Choice hotels? You have been my go-to place but I truly wonder now. I'll gladly slap 30-40 bucks to a strict quality guideline kind of place and this is by no means it!
I would only recommend this if you have an emergency and don't have anywhere else to stay.
I dont know who's writing these reviews, because this place is NOT clean! Room was so damp the carpet was was pulling up and wrinkled! There was hair on the floor, along with food crumbs. The sheets and pillow cases were stained yellow and the cabinets in bathroom had some sort of drips down them, that I shutter to guess, what it was. The tile floor was disgusting..YUCK! The smoke detector was hanging down from the ceiling and things were moldy and dust everywhere.. Felt like I was at a hooker hotel! If I'd been driving a car, instead of a motorcycle, I would have slept in it! Everywhere else was full due to an event in town or I wouldve been out of there! However, the staff was nice, but not very efficient. NOT worth the over $100 price. No stars given here, except for the one, that I was required to give to make the review.
Was a big mix up with reservations and didn't get our rooms till after4, even though I had called 10 days before to set them up, I needed 2 rooms side by side and on the bottom floor because my mother is 89 and mostly in a wheelchair and my husband is an amputee. Rooms dirty. Needs repairs desperately. Nail in door jam sticking out of broken door jam caught my shirt and ripped it. Tub stopper broken. Chair leg broken and screws trying to hold it together and so on. Do not recommend unless it's overnight and you just want sleep!
Management needs new eyes to walk rooms and verify they are clean. The housekeeper is not totally at fault, I am sure her checklist does not nude sides and bottoms of toilets but it should.
