I have been a patient with Dr. Amato for some time. I have neglected my teeth over the years by going to another place closer to home...which was a big mistake. I called his office a little over a week ago with an emergency situation. She got me in the next day because she knew my concern of the pain coming back. Everyone and I mean everyone at Dr. Amato's office was non judgmental, nice, intelligent, professional, and was truly concerned about my well being and what would be the best treatment for me. I am so grateful that they took me back and got me in so soon considering I had been in severe pain for a week. I had to wait another week due to the infection to have them pulled because Dr. Amato was concerned their may be complications if he tried taking them out to early. He gave me his medical opinion and I abided by what he recommended. I went back yesterday to have them pulled. I have never experienced the care I received yesterday from a dentist in all my life!!! Dr. Amato came in to numb my mouth (in which of course I was terrified and extremely nervous...I was talking the nurses head off..lol) the nurse understood and listened and answered all my questions without hesitation. Dr. Amato made sure I was okay and then started numbing. He has a tool that is a nerve stimulator and I barely felt any of the needles. I couldn't believe the whole process. It took Dr. Amato maybe 5 minutes to get both teeth out. I was so amazed!!! Today my pain isn't bad at all. I am so grateful for that and for all the recommendation he and his nurses gave me yesterday. I hope everything continues to heal and do better, cause I know I don't want to endure that pain ever again! I highly recommend Dr. Amato and his office to anyone! Thank you Dr. Amato and all the staff for the hospitality, care, and concern each of ya'll had for me! I look forward to getting my dental problems taken care of by your office and get back on track!!!
Dr. Amato, and his entire staff, have always impressed me as courteous, caring, and professional. I can't emphasize enough how happy I am with his work, and with his genuine care towards his patients. I had a cap fail (from an accident I had 20 years ago), and he got me in the very next day to repair it. I've been going to him ever since, and he has never disappointed. A professional, caring staff instantly makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. Jefferson is blessed to have Dr. Amato!
So went to a dentist I respected in Ashe county. Up by the hospital. No name needed. I went in the receptionist said she had a note she had to go share real quick. When she came back she said I posted something on fb that I was unhappy with there performance last time. Which I did not. It was a fake accusation. There are multiple dentists in Ashe and if I were to be unhappy with there service then why would I come back. That makes zero sense. So with that said. The lady at the front desk said well we just want "happy " people. What was this women even talking about. I told her that I never said a word about their business and thought they did a good job and that's why I came back. PS I would have never went back if I thought they did a poor job . She then retracted her statement and said well maybe it was the wrong person . Yes it was the wrong person. So I left and will no longer use there services. It was unprofessional and quite sad that a dentist office would be playing on fb I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. They are highly unprofessional and this seemed to me to show how childish this office was
One of a kind Dentistry , Dr.Amato is very professional and knowledgeable ..The Staff is also Super Friendly and they go out of there way to make sure you are comfortable......
Dr. Amato is the BEST dentist I have ever had! He is an extremely gentle dentist & he truly cares about his patients, their teeth & their health. Dr. Amato is very knowledgeable and he recommended I get my teeth cleaned 4 times a year to stay on top of some issues & my teeth feel SO much better! Dr. Amato corrected spaces (including between my two front teeth) that I was unhappy with. A former dentist had made one front tooth larger than the other trying to fix that space & then another dentist made that an even bigger space correcting that. Dr. Amato made all those bad experiences go away by creating beautiful natural looking veneers in the front & then adding bonding to fill the other small spaces. And I got my teeth Zoomed & they are so much whiter! I love how great my smile looks now! I have told all of my family & friends about him & now they love him too! Thank you Dr. Amato!!!! Dr. Amato is my dentist for LIFE! He & his entire staff are awesome!!! Love Rachel, Amanda, Crystal & Wilma! They are the best! :) :) :)
